I've collected about 200 hours of footage, done 49 interviews, visited five farms, and travelled coast-to-coast and back — about 20,000km. Somewhere in those hours of footage there is a documentary about what it takes for farmers to make a living.

Despite many promising conversations, I started my final week at The Farm with The Good Food without a place to go next. I was starting to wonder whether I’d have to return to B.C. without filming a key chapter of the story.
